Established as a general trading house for acrylic resin processed products, with equity investments by Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd. and Shinko Plastics Co., Ltd. (paid-in capital: JPY 7 million).
Head office established at Mitsubishi Rayon.
October 1969
Became the general agent for Mitsubishi Rayon’s Plastic Products Department and entered the skylight business in earnest
February 1976
Building materials and plastic processed products operations transferred to RYOKO from Mitsubishi Rayon
